We have audited our website against WCAG 2.1 Level AA and resolved the accessibility issues we identified. We believe our website substantially conforms to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Where components provided by our website platform did not meet this standard, we rebuilt or replaced them with accessible alternatives.

We evaluate our site using automated accessibility testing tools together with manual review, and we re-test after making changes.
We design for keyboard navigation, a visible keyboard focus indicator, sufficient color contrast, descriptive text alternatives for images, clear form labels and error messages, and compatibility with screen readers.
We review the site on an ongoing basis and address new issues as they arise.
